Gibbon Chamber of Commerce's annual 4th of July Celebration brings many people from around the Gibbon area into the City of Gibbon. The Chamber's 4th of July committee has organized and hosted the parade for many years and is always looking for ways to enhance the enjoyment of the visitors who come to the parade. In 2022 the committee organized inflatables and games in Davis Park that the kids really enjoyed shortly after the completion of the parade. In 2023 live entertainment from The String Beans was added to the activities in Davis Park for after the parade. It is the committee's goal to continue to grow and improve the events and entertainment during Gibbon's 4th of July Celebration.



The recent enhancements to the 4th of July celebrations would not be possible if it weren't for the generous donors over the last couple years. Last year's sponsorship donors can be seen on the 4th of July web page on the Gibbon Chamber website (URL is listed under the Organization Information section). The Gibbon Chamber of Commerce is excited to match up to $2,000 that is donated through GWYL for the Celebration.
