HEALTHY LIVING: Improving individual and community well-being. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Giving back and inspiring action in our community.
The Kearney Family YMCA's core programs and services include child care, swimming lessons, swim team, youth sports, creative arts, adult fitness and sports, chronic disease
prevention, education, and support.
The membership base at the Kearney YMCA has now grown to over 6,000 members.
Through the Strong Families Scholarship Campaign, the YMCA strives to make sure that financial limitations are not a barrier to having a Y membership or participating in Y programs. In 2023, over $197,000 in financial assistance has been awarded to families and children, to ensure that no one is turned away due to financial circumstances, impacting over 845 families.
