From morning walks in the gym to fruit and veggie classroom snacks, Central Elementary is committed to using a variety of strategies to help parents raise healthy children. Central offers PE every day and, according to results from research conducted by the University of Nebraska/Kearney, our PE every day program has reduced levels of student obesity around the school. In the past four years, Central has experienced a 20% decrease in childhood obesity.

Please help us cover the cost of this important program that increases our students' gross motor skills, improves focus and attention throughout the school day, and increases academic achievement.
