For over 30 years, The Kearney Area Storytelling Festival has brought professional storytellers to the Kearney Area. The 2025 Festival is scheduled for February 4-8, 2025 with professional storytellers Don White and Geraldine Buckley. Storytelling is an art that reaches across generations as our audiences are transported to new worlds. When the stories begin, you do not know to what magical places you may be taken. Squirmy preschoolers are mesmerized as new images are created in their minds and memories. Rekindled memories bring twinkles and perhaps some tears to the eyes of older adults. Pre-schoolers through senior citizens are enchanted and enthralled while the storytellers carry them along with their stories. Thank you for supporting the Kearney Area Storytelling Festival.
