The Fourth of July in Shelton is the community's BIG CELEBRATION each year. The spectacular fireworks show has been a tradition of the Shelton community for over fifty years! The Independence Day Parade is just one of the many fun activities for people of all ages. Citizens of Shelton volunteer their time to make this day a special family day. The parade, a fun run, co-ed volleyball, bingo games, youth games, free swimming in the afternoon at our spacious swimming pool, community BINGO, and much, much more keep Sheltonnites and visitors busy throughout the day. The final event of the day culminates in the Outstanding Fireworks Display!

Donations of any amount are accepted throughout the year. Traditionally, donors contribute $30, with ALL OF THE PROCEEDS GOING TO THE FIREWORKS DISPLAY. Become a part of the tradition and start making your family memories in 2025!
